After what seems like a lifetime of diets, I have built up a considerable understanding of the dieting experience.

There are many reasons why you might be focussing on your weight whether its preparing for a special occasion such as a wedding; or wanting to look and feel good for the summer, you want your confidence back or you simply need a help losing a few extra pounds.

Whilst living in Bristol I have come to learn that diets and exercise workout go hand in hand. You cannot lose weight by crossing your fingers, wishing and hoping.

You will need to work hard and it is something I ensure my clients are fully on board with before getting started. I will work with you to establish personal objectives and create realistic fitness training that fits into your lifestyle.

A weight programme may also be required if you are preparing for training and competition in sporting events.
