Fiona Tonagh

I think it is important to note that I took up going to the gym for the same reasons as many people, to get fit and to lose weight. Having gone from having little or no fitness to being active and fit, the experience inspired me to help people get the best out of themselves.

I qualified as a Personal Trainer in Bristol after deciding to turn my passion for fitness training and fitness exercise into something more.

Being a member of the REPs (Register of Exercise Professionals) means I am constantly monitoring and reviewing my own professional development to ensure I am able to offer you the latest techniques and research in sports science. That said, my style is always to keep to the core facts and principles of exercise and well being, to ensure that fitness, exercise workout, weight loss and other lifestyle changes are realistic and sustainable for the individuals or groups that I work with.

I believe that you get out what you put in. There is no magic fix or spell, it takes work and effort on your part and the benefits can speak for themselves often bringing big change in how you feel and how you perform.
